At JACA Marketing, we specialize in delivering ROI-driven marketing solutions to businesses looking to scale fast. We’re on track to hit $1M in profit, and we need top-tier sales pros to help drive our growth. As a Sales Closer on our team, you’ll be speaking with highly qualified prospects.

Role: Sales Closer (Commission-Only)

Compensation: 15% per closed deal (around $718 per sale)

Lead Quality: Warm, booked consultations

Location: 100% Remote

Your Main Mission

Convert inbound, high-intent prospects into long-term clients through consultative selling, effective objection handling, and a passion for delivering value.

Responsibilities & Expectations

Conduct 4+ high-quality sales calls per day with warm leads.

20% minimum close rate; aim to exceed 2 clients per 10 calls.

Log all activity in our CRM for robust tracking.

Collaborate with our marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and recurring objections.

Work with Onboarding & Client Success for smooth handoff—ensuring clients’ first impressions are stellar.

Key KPIs

Monthly Client Acquisition: 8+ new clients per month.

Revenue Contribution: Directly hitting or exceeding monthly revenue targets.

Follow-Up Diligence: 100% of pending leads contacted within 24 hours.
