20% minimum close rate; aim to exceed 2 clients per 10 calls.
Log all activity in our CRM for robust tracking.
Collaborate with our marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and recurring objections.
Work with Onboarding & Client Success for smooth handoff—ensuring clients’ first impressions are stellar.
Monthly Client Acquisition: 8+ new clients per month.
Revenue Contribution: Directly hitting or exceeding monthly revenue targets.
Follow-Up Diligence: 100% of pending leads contacted within 24 hours.
